Yale SOM has dozens of entrepreneurship courses, from our core "Innovator" to electives spanning entrepreneurship in AI, climate, the life sciences, search funds, and many other areas. We also have a capstone "Start-up Founder Practicum" that allows students to work on their ventures for credit under the guidance of faculty and entrepreneurs-in-residence. Many of Yale SOM's most serious founders take the Practicum throughout their time at Yale SOM. Our curriculum emphasizes an integrated approach to problem solving, helping student founders understand the whole of start-up enterprises rather than individual functions and provides potential entrepreneurs with a deep understanding of how to develop and sustain their ventures.
