Awards

Yale SOM has established several merit scholarships for students in each entering MBA class. The merit-based awards will be granted on the basis of demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship and future potential as an entrepreneur. In addition, each year SOM will name up to five Entrepreneurial Fellows who, after graduation, will receive financial support to enable them to work full-time on a startup.

Fellowships

Entrepreneurial Fellows Program

Student entrepreneurs graduating from the Yale School of Management this year have an opportunity to help them manage the costs of launching a startup. The Yale SOM Entrepreneurship Fellowship will provide financial support to students who commit to working full-time on their start-up after graduation. Payments are dispersed once a year for two years.

The goal of this program is to help entrepreneurs funnel more time and money into their startups during the critical early years. Up to five fellowships are available each year. A committee of Yale SOM alumni, entrepreneurs, and investors will select the recipients.
