Stakeholder innovation and management is an interdisciplinary practice that includes:

  • Organizational Behavior
  • Innovation
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Leadership
  • Marketing

All first-year students will gain exposure to real-world, multi-stakeholder challenges and opportunities in the core curriculum. As the Y-SIM program evolves, research will be incorporated into a range of electives through case studies, principles, and frameworks.

Yale SOM students can also engage in the program through participating in events and Research Associate positions. Email for more information and to apply.
