February 6, 2025 | Ordering for regalia opens via the Yale Hub.

March 28, 2025 | Last day to order regalia without a late fee: To avoid late fees, all regalia orders must be placed by 4pm via the Yale Hub. After this day, a $10.00 late fee will be charged by the University.

TBD|Student Speeches Due

April 8, 2024 |Name Changes Due: Check your diploma name in the Yale Hub. You can use your preferred first name if it is different from your legal name. This is the last day to make change, which you can do via the Yale Hub.

April 9, 2025 | Last day to order regalia: After this day at 4pm, no orders will be accepted.

May 5, 2025 | Non-attendance: Last day to notify the Registrar of non-attendance to SOM ceremony by filling out the Opt-Out form on CampusGroups. 
| Joint-Degree Students: Last day for joint-degree students to notify the Registrar of their Commencement plans by filling out the Joint-Degree Student form on CampusGroups. | Event Registration: Last day to register for Commencement events.| Accessible seating: Last day to request seating in the assisted seating area.

May 14 - May 19, 2025 | Pick up Regalia at Payne Whitney Gym. You can find the full schedule on the Yale Commencement page.

May 15, 2025 | Pick ticket packet from 12:00pm - 1:00pm outside of the Ross Library or after the Commencement Rehearsal.

May 19, 2025 | Pick up your diploma in the Atrium from 2:30pm- 4:30pm. If your diploma is not picked up directly after the ceremony, you can request to have it mailed by submitting a Diploma Order form at anytime. Click for more information regarding diplomas.

Register for events on CampusGroups between April 4, 2025 and May 5, 2025 Welcome to the Alumni Community, Yale Visitor Tours, Family Picnic at Lighthouse Point Park, and the Commencement Day Lunch Pick-Up.
