What is your favorite class at Yale SOM? Briefly describe why.
My favorite class at SOM has been "Customer Insights and Applications" as part of the Discovery Project through the Yale Center for Customer Insights. The course has taught me valuable frameworks related to behavioral science, marketing, and data analytics I can apply to an actual client project. I love that I am able to see the impact I can make on an organization with the support and guidance of Yale faculty.
