Twenty-two-month program prepares healthcare practitioners to lead in tackling major inequities in U.S. healthcare system.

The Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Minority Health Leadership at Yale University is a 22-month, fully funded degree-granting program that gives healthcare practitioners the leadership skills and the deep understanding of teams, markets, and organizations necessary to tackle major inequities in the U.S. healthcare system.

Fellows attend the MBA for Executives program with a focus on healthcare while also receiving specialized training and mentoring from experts in healthcare disparities from across the university and beyond. The fellowship is open to health practitioners committed to improving healthcare access and outcomes for minorities, socio-economically disadvantaged groups, and other vulnerable populations.
