The MBA for Executives is ideal for someone looking to deepen their understanding of business while not losing sight of the societal impacts.
Yale SOM’s program lets me continue working in a role that I’m passionate about while learning new perspectives, and then applying what I’ve learned back in the workplace.
This program is for anyone who’s ready to elevate their career and who’s motivated to make a difference in business and in society. For me, it’s been life-changing.
Join a community of purpose, become a citizen of Yale, and accelerate your career.
Your sense of your own purpose will be strengthened by joining a community of people who value values and support each other in pursuit of impact.
A global perspective is woven throughout our curriculum, culminating in a Global Network Week experience.
As part of Yale University, you'll be among leading thinkers and teachers, and forge new relationships with classmates and alumni in your field who bring rich and varied professional experience to an intimate classroom setting.
As part of our mission, we engage with the problems afflicting our world—notably issues of discrimination, bias, and equity—and seek to build a community that achieves and celebrates diversity.
We believe the most impactful leaders always weigh both sides of the ampersand in our mission—business and society.
