Tristan Botelho, associate professor of organizational behavior, and Todd Cort, senior lecturer in sustainability, have been named to the Thinkers50 Radar, an annual list of 30 “up-and-coming thinkers whose ideas we predict will make an important impact on management thinking in the future.”

“These are people whose work has attracted our attention,” the organization wrote, “and who, we believe, will make an impact with their ideas, their research, and their commitment to making the world a better place.”

The Radar list for 2024, assembled in collaboration with Deloitte, includes business leaders, writers, academics in a variety of fields, and entrepreneurs.

Botelho’s research examines entrepreneurship, labor markets, organizational sociology, and strategy, with a particular focus on bias in evaluation.

Cort serves as faculty director of the sustainability focus for Yale SOM’s MBA for Executives program and faculty co-director of the Yale Center for Business and the Environment; as a researcher and practitioner, he focuses on identifying tools and metrics that effectively promote sustainability.
