The Do's and Don'ts of Mergers and Acquisitions
ICF Advisory Board Member Bob Davis, Nebrodi Partners, is one of SOM’s most engaged alumni. Bob gives back a lot of his time to the SOM community by meeting with students, guest speaking in classes and at club events, and by participating in conferences.
Most recently, Bob spoke in Professor Tookes’s course, MGT541: Corporate Finance. Bob is a private equity industry expert and shared his do’s and don’ts with the class, focusing this visit on discussing and answering student questions about mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
