Erikk Bonner ’24

Erikk Bonner brings extensive experience in education leadership at both the district and state levels, currently serving as Assistant State Superintendent for the Maryland State Department of Education. He combines strategic policy expertise with practical implementation insight, grounded in a deep commitment to equity and public service. A dedicated member of The Broad Center at Yale community, Erikk remains actively engaged with SOM through student outreach and mentorship. His passion for building authentic connections and strengthening alumni engagement will bring a thoughtful and mission-driven perspective to the Board.

Tom Cheney ’87

Tom Cheney brings decades of leadership experience across global organizations, including senior roles at IBM and Lenovo, where he has led digital transformation and cross-functional teams. As a member of the Class of 1987, he offers a valuable long-term perspective on SOM’s evolution and alumni network. Tom is deeply committed to alumni engagement and is particularly interested in expanding career pathways and strengthening global connections. His collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and enthusiasm for service make him a strong addition to the Board.

Weiru Li ’23

Weiru Li combines strong financial expertise with a deep understanding of the SOM community and currently serves as Director of Finance at New Legacy. While at SOM, she served two terms as Alumni Affairs Chair in Student Government, working closely with the AAB and co-creating the school’s first Alumni Appreciation Week. She continues to stay engaged as Class Secretary and through alumni initiatives in New York City. Weiru brings a collaborative leadership style, a strong commitment to alumni engagement, and valuable insight into strengthening connections between students, alumni, and the school.

Robert Moukabary ’23

Robert Moukabary is the founder of MyWage GmbH and brings a global, mission-driven perspective shaped by his work across Europe and Asia. Deeply engaged at the intersection of business and society, he has held leadership roles in nonprofits and continues to support scholarship and access initiatives. Robert maintains strong connections within the SOM community and across international alumni networks, actively fostering cross-cultural engagement. His entrepreneurial mindset, global outlook, and commitment to service position him to contribute meaningfully to the Board’s efforts.

Arun Venkatesan ’20

Arun Venkatesan is a Group Product Manager for Generative AI at Nvidia, where he leads innovation at the forefront of emerging technology. He brings a forward-looking perspective on how AI is reshaping business, leadership, and alumni engagement. Arun has been an active leader in the SOM community as a longtime San Francisco Bay Area chapter leader, organizing events and supporting student career initiatives, including mentorship and recruiting. His experience bridging technology and community-building will help strengthen alumni connections and ensure SOM remains agile in a rapidly evolving landscape.

I-Hwei Warner ’19

I-Hwei Warner is Vice President of Operations at Canopy Aerospace & Defense and brings a strong background in leadership, governance, and service. A veteran and experienced board member, he currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Waring School, where he contributes to strategic planning and alumni relations. Since graduating, I-Hwei has remained actively engaged with SOM through mentorship, admissions interviews, and partnership with the Career Development Office. He offers a thoughtful perspective on stewardship, institutional impact, and strengthening the alumni community through meaningful engagement.

Selina Xing ’10

Selina Xing is Managing Partner at Strobus Capital and brings deep investment expertise alongside a strong commitment to SOM’s global alumni community. She maintains an extensive network across New York, the U.S., and China, and actively promotes alumni engagement and connection. Selina has demonstrated sustained commitment to the school through reunion leadership, alumni outreach, and philanthropy, including endowing a scholarship fund to support first-generation students. Her strategic perspective, global reach, and dedication to expanding access and engagement will be invaluable to the Board.

Meelendra Singh ’20, Chair

Meelendra Singh leads Amazon’s North America Supply Chain product team for the Retail Stores business, driving operational excellence across a network of more than 3,000 suppliers, including the top 500 FMCG companies. His work centers on delivery experience, AI‑driven automation, network optimization, free‑cash‑flow initiatives, and defect elimination.

He brings a global perspective shaped by work across India, Southeast Asia, North America, and East Africa, along with consulting experience for organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, Save the Children, and multiple UN agencies.

Meelendra joined the Yale SOM Alumni Advisory Board in 2022, previously served as Secretary, and now serves as Chair. In Seattle, he remains an active Yale community member and co‑leads the Supply Chain Professionals Alumni Group, which has grown into a network of more than 135 members. He is also the recipient of the Yale Alumni Association’s Volunteer Leadership Award.

Outside of work, he spends his time exploring alpine lakes across the Pacific Northwest wilderness. A fun fact: he has completed over 200 scuba dives across pristine reefs in the Philippines and Indonesia.

Jonathan Kim ’00, Co–Vice Chair

Jonathan Kim is an alternative investment advisor and a Registered Representative with Silicon Valley based Zanbato Securities LLC, where he connects ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions worldwide with private investment opportunities. He is also the founder and principal of his own law practice and brings over three decades of experience across investment, legal, and operational leadership roles in the U.S. and internationally.

Jonathan began his career in New York City with a Wall Street corporate law firm and subsequently served as General Counsel and Secretary of Bermuda-based Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: MRH), where he played a key role in establishing its alternative asset management platform. He has also been a co-founder, advisor, and outside counsel to startups across multiple sectors and has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards.

Jonathan joined the AAB in 2023 and now serves as Co–Vice Chair. He is President of the Yale Club of South Florida, a South Florida Yale Alumni Association (YAA) Delegate, a member of the board of the Association of Asian American Yale Alumni (AAAYA), and a former member of the board and Treasurer of the Yale Latino Alumni Network (YLAN). He has also served on the Florida Regional Advisory Group of the Yale For Humanity Development Campaign.

Lee Race ’93, Co–Vice Chair

Lee Race is a communications executive with extensive experience helping organizations build reputation, reach, and impact across key audiences. She has held senior roles in corporate and agency settings, including leading Global Communications for IBM Watson and serving as a Senior Vice President at Hill & Knowlton, where she advised clients across the technology, transportation, and energy sectors on corporate reputation, executive visibility, and complex communications challenges.

Lee joined the AAB in 2022 and now serves as Co–Vice Chair. She has also held a leadership role at Yale SOM as Interim Director of Alumni Communications and Marketing and remains actively engaged in the Yale community through volunteer leadership and service including her tenure on the Executive Council of YaleWomen since 2023.
