About the Speaker

  • Sharon Yeshaya is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley. Sharon serves as a member of the Firm’s Operating and Management Committees.

  • Prior to becoming CFO, Sharon was the Head of Investor Relations from 2016 – 2021. She previously served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman and CEO. Sharon also held a variety of roles in the Fixed Income Division before being named Co-Head of New Product Origination for Derivative Structured Products. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and has worked in both New York and Hong Kong.

  • Sharon graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences, respectively.

  • She is currently a member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Business Committee. Sharon resides in New York City with her husband and three daughters.
