The Career Development Office works closely with employers building partnerships and identifying opportunities for students and alumni across Yale SOM programs. For students in the Asset Management program, this includes identifying and deepening relationships with organizations seeking the education, skills and experiences the program provides. The CDO also offers robust career management support that includes workshops and individual coaching on identifying, assessing, and defining target roles, geographies, and organizations; résumés and marketing collateral; storytelling; networking; interviewing; negotiating and offer management; and starting strong in a new position. Asset Management students will also have access to many student-run clubs and professional organizations at Yale SOM and their career-related programming.
