What is your favorite class at Yale SOM?
My favorite class was Operations Engine. Having no prior experience in the fundamentals of operations management, I learnt how companies across several industries use efficient operations to gain competitive advantage and unlock shareholder value. Applying the concepts and operations models learnt in class in a week-long competitive simulation made the class my top pick. Additionally, Professor Alizamir is deeply knowledgeable about the field and makes the class really engaging with his teaching style and sense of humor and he also brings chocolates to class!
