What is your favorite class at Yale SOM?
My favorite class has been the Discovery Project through the Yale Center for Customer Insights. This was an experiential learning model where we got first-hand experience working with a real client to solve a business challenge. Throughout the course of the semester, we worked as a team of five MBA students to conduct market research, design concept testing, and ultimately present our recommendations to senior leadership at the client firm.
