What is your favorite class at Yale SOM? Briefly describe why.

My favorite class at SOM was Nonmarket Strategy with Professor Katic since I had the opportunity to apply theories and strategies that had been taught in first-year core courses to real-world examples. I enjoyed all the cases that we discussed, especially the ones that centered around Walmart, PepsiCo, and Patagonia. It was interesting to learn about how governments and societies influence companies that I interact with every day and how these firms influence state and society.
