Why did you choose to attend Yale SOM?
I chose Yale SOM because of the people and the strong clean energy community. While evaluating MBA programs, I had nearly a dozen conversations with SOM students and alumni . What stood out to me most during all of those conversations is that there seemed to be a strong culture of support among the students that felt unique to SOM. I'm happy to report that the strong culture of support is real, and made my first year at SOM enjoyable and productive. I also chose SOM because I wanted to work in clean energy after getting my MBA. Yale SOM's proximity to the Yale School of the Environment, the school's vibrant energy club, and its long list of clean energy related electives make it an excellent place for someone interested in a career in clean energy. This was clear to me when I chose SOM, and the school's clean energy resources helped me get an internship in renewable energy finance.
