Creating Healthcare and Life Science Ventures - Profs. Chris Loose and Ayesha Khalid. It exemplified SOM's integration with the broader University, as the class was comprised of students from SOM, the School of Medicine, School of Public Health, Yale College, and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Both Dr. Loose and Dr. Khalid are practicing clinicians and founded their own healthcare companies, and invited multiple successful founders and investors to be mentors during every class session.
