Favorite Yale SOM Course
Human Capital Strategy by Professor Jim Baron has been one of the most impactful courses I have taken at SOM so far - I cannot recommend it enough! I found the cases and theory we explored extremely relevant to the dynamic landscape of people management, especially in a pandemic and post-pandemic world. I particularly appreciated the small group discussions we had every class because they allowed me to learn from my classmates' professional experiences and put classroom theory into a more relatable context. I will be revisiting my learnings from this course often as I navigate both academic and professional environments.
