Favorite Yale SOM Course

Operations Engine. I learned how to analyze operational designs and apply problem solving and workflow optimization across a wide set of industries and functions, from automobile making and luxury goods development to the Connecticut SNAP system. My most favorite part of the course was understanding how systems play into an organization's enterprise-wide and localized business strategies, including considering how operations can induce or inhibt innovation in firms.
