Synchrony Financial Uses Online Gaming For Online Training

Synchrony Financial provided credit for the customers of tens of thousands of retailers, from big-box stores to mom-and-pop enterprises. CEO Margaret Keane recognized that innovation was critical as retail markets changed and new credit providers appeared. Synchrony Financial created new services and products for partners and their customers. A website for small retailers and their employees highlighted an online game to reinforce key learnings.
