From the Director of Admissions: 2015-2016 Application Dates Announced

With graduation for the Class of 2015 this past Monday, and the Class of 2017 not arriving on campus until August, it seems a bit early to start talking about the Class of 2018. However, our team is already planning events for prospective students, including Summer Socials hosted by current students across the globe. From the Director of Admissions: Yale SOM Voices

Every Monday evening during the school year, students gather for “SOM Voices,” in which two students share a personal story or experience with their peers. It’s an intimate setting, and the stories are often moving and inspiring, eliciting smiles, laughter, and sometimes tears. They are one aspect—both a cause and result—of the culture of mutual trust and respect that is an important part of the SOM fabric. From the Director of Admissions: Going Global

One of the guiding aspirations of the Yale School of Management is to be the most distinctively global U.S. business school, and we continue to pursue new ways of engaging across borders, cultures, and economies. Several years ago we were the first major business school to require an international study trip as part of the first-year core curriculum. We have since expanded our international offerings greatly, and there are now a number of ways to satisfy the Global Studies Requirement.
