Photos: Alumni Gather for Reunion Weekend
The Yale School of Management welcomed alumni from the Classes of 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, and 2013 for Reunion Weekend from May 4 to May 6. In addition, members of the Class of 2017 returned for their one-year reunion and all alumni of the Master of Advanced Management program were invited to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the program’s inaugural class.
The weekend’s activities included opportunities for alumni and their families to meet, mingle and reminisce. They attended a myriad of talks and workshops, including a conversation between Indra Nooyi ’80, chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, and Jeffrey Bewkes (Yale College Class of 1974), chairman and CEO of Time Warner Inc., titled “Creating and Sustaining a Leadership Vision”; a workshop on job crafting led by Amy Wrzesniewski, professor of organizational behavior; and a talk by Olav Sorenson, Frederick Frank ’54 and Mary C. Tanner Professor of Management, titled “Is Venture Capital in Trouble?”
