Joint research between affiliates and YCCI senior faculty tests original ideas to generate knowledge and actionable insights. Projects include company-specific analysis or industry-wide white papers.

Discovery Projects

A small team of elite, motivated students (under faculty advisor leadership) is paired with a corporate marketing team to solve realworld business challenges for companies such as American Express, Visa, IBM, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble and Sears Canada.

Smart Center

Consisting of three to four faculty fellows, this sponsor-specific expert resource group is available as a sounding board to bring new knowledge to ongoing sponsor priorities.

Bring Yale to Your Company Day

This immersion session at the affiliate’s headquarters provides exposure to the latest research in consumer behavior. Covered topics include behavioral economics, social media, customer analytics, innovation and leadership.
