Responsible AI in Global Business Conference, a Student-Run Yale School of Management Conference 

For AI to fulfill its vast potential and avoid ‘unintended consequences’, leaders must consider the potential impact of AI on consumers, employees, investors, citizens, and other stakeholders. To facilitate this holistic view, Yale is convening a multi-disciplinary conference that will bring together leaders from business, academia, and the policy-making community. The goal is to collaboratively navigate the path of responsible AI development and adoption.

This conference will convene leaders from stakeholder communities around AI adoption and development. The speakers includes, but not limited to the list below (all speakers will be joining in-person):

Business

  • Rob Thomas: Senior Vice President of Software and Chief Commercial Officer, IBM
  • Manuela Veloso: Head of AI Research, J.P. Morgan; Herbert A. Simon University Professor Emeritus, Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science
