Yale SOM Washington, DC Fall Welcome Event | Washington Spirit Match
Saturday, Oct 18 2025 at 11:00 am - 2:30 pm EDT
100 Potomac Ave SW, Washington, DC 20024, USA
Join Us at the Washington Spirit Match
In 2022, Yale SOM alumna Michele Kang ’89 made history as the first woman of color to own a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team—the 2021 league champions, the Washington Spirit. Yale SOM is hosting the DC Chapter Fall Welcome event, during a game at Audi Field. We invite the Class of 2025 and fellow Yale SOM alumni to join us as the Spirit take on the Orlando Pride.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to experience the energy of a live NWSL match up close, while connecting with a vibrant and engaged group of SOM’ers in the DC area.
Whether you're new to the SOM community or a long-standing alum, we look forward to welcoming you for an afternoon of spirited competition, meaningful conversation, and great company.
