From Ambition to Achievement: Hispanic/Latino Excellence in Management

Yale SOM Alumni are invited to join a student-alumni event hosted by current Yale SOM students and members of SOMos, our Yale SOM Hispanic/Latino alumni affinity group. This session will explore navigating management roles and the path from ambition to achievement in a professional setting for those who identify as Hispanic/Latino. Leveraging the insights of a panel of alumni the event will start with a broad discussion featuring Karen J. Mercado Leyva ’98, Ivan Camponogara ’21, and Lucila Imperiale ’05. Then the group will break out into small group discussions. This is a hybrid event with students being encouraged to join in person at Evans Hall and members of the alumni community being invited to join the classroom virtually on Zoom.
