The Yale School of Management Dean’s Office is proud to present the 2021 virtual event “Making Mistakes and What I Learned From Them: Lessons in Leadership through Adversity, A Conversation with Jorge Lemann.” Lemann is the founder and chairman of the board of the Lemann Foundation, which drives social change by guaranteeing access to high-quality public education for Brazilians of all backgrounds and supporting the development of leaders committed to the social transformation of Brazil.
The discussion will be lead by Senior Associate Dean for Leadership Studies & Lester Crown Professor in the Practice of Management, Jeffrey A. Sonnenfeld.
This event is hosted in partnership with Yale Office of International Affairs, MacMillan Center's Council on Latin American & Iberian Studies, and the Association of Hispanic and Latin American Students at Yale SOM.
This Leaders Forum event is open to the Yale Community.
