Fireside Chat: Professors Marina Niessner and Tobias Moskowitz Discuss ESG Investing

Join us for a conversation between Dr. Marina Niessner and Professor Tobias Moskowitz on one of the hottest topics in finance: environmental, social, and governance (ESG) Investing.

Dr. Niessner is currently a visiting faculty member at the Yale School of Management and is a consultant at AQR Capital Management. She was a vice president on AQR’s Global Stock Selection Team from 2018 to 2020 and an assistant professor of finance at the Yale School of Management prior to that.

Dr. Niessner will speak with Professor Tobias Moskowitz, Dean Takahashi Professor of Finance, program chair of the Master’s Degree in Asset Management and principal at AQR Capital Management. They will discuss the integration of ESG factors in investment analyses and portfolio construction, Dr. Niessner’s upcoming course on the topic, and the relationship between business and society. They will also answer your pre-submitted and real-time questions.
