A note from the YCCI:

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Yale have decided it’s best to postpone our annual Customer Insights Conference, scheduled to take place on May 8-9, 2020 in New Haven. Please save the tentative new date,  July 23-24, 2020. 
We hope to have more information for you in the coming weeks regarding schedule, speaker line-up and additional details.

Room Block Information
