Leadership Strategies in Book Publishing is an intensive week-long program dedicated to helping publishing professionals lead in an increasingly global, digital environment. 

The curriculum examines the challenges and opportunities of the ever-changing publishing landscape. Learn from industry leaders  about topics like branding, organizational growth, and executive decision making. Past industry speakers include Marcus Leaver (The Quarto Group Inc.), Kirsty Melville (Andrews McMeel Universal), Nihar Malaviya (Penguin Random House) and Rick Joyce (formerly Perseus Books Group). Globally renowned Yale School of Management faculty will lead sessions on current management thinking.
