Join prospective Yale SOM candidates, students and fellow alumni for a case-based corporate finance master class, taught by Yale SOM Professor of Finance Heather Tookes.
As you manage and lead an organization, you should be aware of financial, operational, accounting and marketing issues that can drive firms into financial distress. This master class provides a snapshot of Professor Tookes’ popular Corporate Finance course. We will explore how to avoid financial distress in the first place, as well as important considerations in structuring successful turnarounds.
The class features one of Yale SOM’s original raw cases, which focuses on Kmart, the largest retail chain in the history of the United States to file for bankruptcy.
Raw case login instructions and preparation questions will be sent upon registration.
