In a recent survey of hospital executives, physician-hospital system alignment was rated as one of the most important and most difficult challenges facing the industry. Leading the panel will be Bruce Cummings, CEO of L&M Hospital in New London, CT (and a graduate of Yale's School of Public Health). As CEO of L&M since 2005, and a leader of hospitals in New York and Maine prior to L&M, Bruce brings deep experience and insights to the issues facing hospital systems, including that of physician-hospital system alignment.
