Special Yale "Startup Story Night" at Artisan's Asylum in Somerville

Makerspaces. Crowdsourcing. Incubators. Innovation. Bootstrapping. Startups. We know the words, but what's it like to be really involved in them? Now's your chance find out! Sign up for our special end-of-year event at the Artisan's Asylum Tuesday evening, December 10 from 6:00pm - 9:30pm. And ... it's FREE! The program includes presentations on: 1) Running a makerspace & incubator by Artisan's Asylum Executive Director Molly Rubinstein (YC '10) 2) Innovating a new career by mathematician and lawyer-turned-sculptor K. Gretchen Greene (Yale Law '10) 3) Bootstrapping, crowdfunding and growing out of an incubator into a full-fledged startup by Aaron Falk, president of engineering firm DGF. And what about crowdsourcing? That's up to you! We're going to crowdsource the evening's refreshments, so bring something for yourself and one other person. That's our solution for holiday cheer, and what better opportunity to share, innovate and celebrate.
