STAY (Students and Alumni of Yale) presents an exciting night of networking and career advice. Caroline Aspenson, Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast will give an informative and practical talk on managing one's career. Before and afterwards there will be time for discussion and informal networking. This event is intended to mix both alums and current Yale students, we hope to see you there! Caroline will start her talk at 7pm -- there will be time for networking the hour before and afterwards. In her interactive presentation—Owning Your Career Journey—Caroline will offer guidance and practical advice for managing your career. Using lessons learned at key points in her own career, Caroline provides insights that can help seasoned professionals and those transitioning into a professional setting. Career minded individuals can benefit from Caroline's willingness to share her personal experience navigating corporate America. Caroline Aspenson serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast's Twin Cities Region in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to joining Comcast in 1999, Caroline held a variety of human resources management positions. Her background includes more than 20 years of human resources experience in the cable and retail industries. Currently Caroline volunteers as a mentor for the Twin Cities Human Resources Association providing guidance and career development to junior level human resources professionals.
