A capacity crowd turned up to explore what it takes to become a top executive by taking unconventional career paths. Attendees heard from one CEO whose career has spanned nonprofit, public and private sectors, and also from a President whose path has gone from multiple startups to head of one of Seattle's most iconic brands. They shared insights on how they got to where they are today and advice for early or mid-career alumni as career opportunities arise.
