Happy Hour at 360 State St, New Haven & Fairfield County, CT

The Hartford and New Haven events are now being combined into one event in New Haven as Bruce Becker, '86, has generously offered to host and sponsor our Happy Hour this week, on Thursday, May 27. Bruce is the president of Becker & Becker, the developer of 360 State (http://www.360statestreet.com/), Connecticut's first residential property targeting LEED Platinum certification. So in addition to having the opportunity to meet old SOM friends and make new ones, you'll have the opportunity to go on a guided tour of 360 State St. Food and libations will be provided. • The Happy Hour will be held at the leasing office, which is located at 804 Chapel St. in New Haven. • The "official" Happy Hour will start at 6 pm and end at 8 pm, though we encourage efforts to redeploy to some local watering hole after 8 pm. • Bruce will be offering tours of 360 State at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Tours can accommodate 10 – 15 people, so if there is more demand, we'll try to organize additional tours.
