Panel on Healthcare Reform, New Haven, CT

"What's the Norm after Reform: Perspectives from the Industry" The Yale School of Management Healthcare Club and Student Government will host a panel on healthcare reform. Our goal is to provide clarity around a complex, current event by drawing upon the rich resources of the SOM community and its leaders in the healthcare field. The panel will begin with an overview of the healthcare reform legislation led by Professor Howie Forman. Our SOM alumni panelists will then address the impact of the reform on their industries and healthcare consumers, and take questions from the audience. The panelists are: Dr. Michael Apkon '02, Vice President and Executive Director of Yale New Haven Children's Hospital Ramon Soto ‘08, Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Communications, Aetna Dr. Dan Jorgensen '07, Senior Director of Global Research and Development, Pfizer Light refreshments will be served, and you are welcome to bring your lunch.
