Triple Bottom Brewing, founded by Tess Hart SOM '17 and Bill Popwell 'SOM 16, was featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer. Located in Philly’s industrial West Poplar neighborhood, the company’s three bottom lines are beer, people, planet. They partner with local organizations to meet potential employees, launched a supper club series featuring women and BIPOC chefs, and collaborate with activists and organizations on an Instagram Live series. In March, Triple Bottom launched the Joy Box, a customizable care package filled with food and drinks from local businesses.
