On February 23, first-year MBA students and Master of Advanced Management students faced off against second-year MBA students in Yale SOM’s annual Garstka Cup hockey game, named for Professor Stanley J. Garstka. Hundreds of fans turned out to cheer on both sides, and after a hard-fought battle the second-year team secured a 3-0 victory, making it one of the closest games in Garstka Cup history. The 4035 Cup, the annual competition between first- and second-years in five sports, stands tied at 1-1. The next contest will be the Swersey Cup basketball game, on  April 12.
