Life at Yale SOM: Lunar New Year at Charley’s Place

On February 19, Yale SOM Hospitality offered a traditional Chinese menu to mark the Lunar New Year. The menu featured delicacies such as Peking duck, chicken siu mai, and Yangchow fried rice. Executive Chef David Kuzma says that in keeping with Yale SOM’s global focus, he and his team are looking for ways to honor the diversity of cultures at the school.
