Congratulations to Kitchen Table for winning the Rising Star honor at the 2016 Natural Products Business School Pitch-Slam competition at the Natural Products Expo East!
Kitchen Table, founded by Nilofer Ahmed SOM’16 and Zoë Lloyd SOM’17 F&ES’17, was founded to make it easier for people to eat healthy meals at home by creating frozen plant-based meal kits available in the grocery store. They believe that people shouldn’t have to sacrifice health for convenience. Each of their meal kits contains one serving of plant proteins, prepped vegetables and a unique sauce. The kits take under 15 minutes to prepare on the stove, contain no artificial ingredients or preservatives, and are both dairy free and vegan friendly.
