Hearing Student Voices at the Panel of Peers

Recently, students in the EMBA Class of 2019 class organized a forum to discuss their careers, their biggest challenges, and their biggest learnings at Yale. This terrific, student-led initiative allows classmates to get to know each other, learn from each other, and inspire each other.

The forum, known as Panel of Peers or POP, takes place before class on Friday mornings. At the first POP in January, Dr. Charles Powell spoke eloquently about how the program is already changing his leadership style and how he was learning from his peers.
