Yale SOM Master Class: Supporting evidence-based COVID response policies in Low and Middle Income Countries

Join Mushfiq Mobarak, professor of economics, and founder and faculty director of the Yale Research Initiative on Innovation and Scale (Y-RISE), to learn about his work supporting the government of Bangladesh with COVID response policies. He and a team of researchers from the Y-RISE are studying the socio-economic effects of the COVID crisis in Nepal, Sierra Leone, and Bangladesh. Professor Mobarak will describe how the government, university researchers, and the private sector can partner to produce data, insights and policy recommendations during a crisis period.
