Essay: history of debt issued by Russian Imperial Government. Text with a few illustrations (bond certificates)	This section contains images and brief descriptions of bonds issued by the Russian Imperial Government and stocks and bonds issued by private Russian companies before the Revolution of 1917.	This section contains a brief description of Russian Monetary System. The period from 1801 (the beginning of Tzar Alexander I reign) until 1917 is covered.
