As many of you already know, Yale SOM has partnered with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) to help increase the number of minority students pursuing business-related careers. MLT's MBA Preparation program helps young professionals apply successfully to leading graduate business schools. Participants attend seminars and workshops that focus on key elements of the application process, and receive one-to-one counseling from MBA admissions officers and MLT staff over a twelve-month period culminating in their application submissions. Specific areas of focus include GMAT preparation, individual work plan development and execution to address perceived strengths and weaknesses, school research and selection, financial planning and aid, application/essay strategy, and writing skills. The time has come to select Admissions Interviewers from the Class of 2004! We need 10-12 top candidates to interview prospective MBA candidates next year. If selected, you would need to commit to 3-4 interviews each week in the fall and spring semesters.
