Sarah Biggerstaff specializes in leadership development for individuals and organizations. Her experience includes executive coaching and consulting to organizations across multiple sectors as they cultivate and expand their leadership capacity. 

Since joining the Leadership Development Program at the Yale School of Management, Sarah has worked with MBA students to help them unlock potential and explore their personal identities as leaders. She believes there is no one-size fits all approach to leadership and works with students as they develop their own authentic style. With a combination of humor, candor, and support, Sarah helps leaders see new possibilities and take action as leverage for personal growth and organizational change.
