Business and Management Skills
With classes based on Yale SOM's integrated curriculum and taught by members of the Yale SOM faculty, you'll get a glimpse into the fundamentals of many business school subjects—data analysis, economics, accounting, finance, marketing, strategy, and others—using Yale’s unique multidisciplinary approach.
You'll have the chance to reflect on your core values and future goals through various exercises. All students learn about their unique talents and aspirations – and how to use them for the greatest impact, at work or in the community.
You'll also learn about successful MBA careers through conversations with Yale SOM alumni, meetings with current MBA students, networking receptions, and group presentation assignments.
Practical Job-Search Training
You'll receive practical and one-on-one assistance in résumé development, presentation skills, and networking strategies to enhance job market skills.
B-School Application Guidance
Additionally, the program provides a practical introduction to the MBA application process and helps you develop your own MBA application strategy.
New Networks and Friends
Although the two-week program is rigorous and full of classes and training sessions, you'll still have time to forge new friendships and develop personal networks with other program attendees, both in class and in planned social activities.
