The Yale School of Management embraces diversity. We believe that effective leaders are those that understand and benefit from the perspectives of people with different backgrounds, and that a commitment to building a diverse community is a key element of our mission of educating leaders for business and society.

We partner closely with a number of organizations seeking to increase diversity in business school enrollment and in the business community.

The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management

Yale School of Management has been a member of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, a national not-for-profit organization that supports diversity and inclusion in American business, since 2008. The mission of the Consortium is to enhance diversity in business education and leadership by helping to reduce the serious underrepresentation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans in both member schools’ enrollment and the ranks of management.
