Learn where to park on and near campus when visiting Yale School of Management. Learn how receive a temporary parking assignment, and what parking regulations you should follow.

Evans Hall Parking

Parking in the Evans Hall garage is available only through Yale University and by prior Yale SOM approval. Although there is no visitor parking in the garage, there are many nearby public lots. Bike parking is available at the front, side, and rear entrances as well as inside the parking garage.

Campus Visit Parking

If you are registered for a campus visit through the Admissions Office, parking information will be provided in your campus visit confirmation email.

Yale Parking Lots

The parking lots listed below are nearest to Evans Hall. Prior  temporary assignment in a Yale lot  is needed to use the lots for weekday parking. Lots  are open to the public on Saturdays.

For Lot 22 – Proceed past 165 Whitney Avenue (Evans Hall) to the next traffic light. Take a left into the parking lot. Continue straight to the stop sign at the end and take a left. Proceed to the far end for parking.

For Lot 16V (pay by phone lot) – Proceed past 165 Whitney Avenue (Evans Hall) to the next traffic light. Take a left into the parking lot followed by an immediate right for parking.

Pierson-Sage Garage –Take exit 3 off I-91 (Trumbull Street). Get in the middle lane off the ramp. Go straight through the light at the end of the ramp onto Trumbull Street. At the next light, turn right onto Whitney Avenue. Take your second left onto Edwards Street. Take a left onto the driveway marked by a sign reading “350 Edwards Street.” You will enter and exit the garage on the top level.

On-Street Parking

On-street parking in the vicinity of Yale SOM is available in limited supply and with restricted hours. Some of the streets around Yale SOM do not allow parking during rush hours. All parking regulations are strictly enforced by towing. You are encouraged to bring coins and/or a credit card. On Saturdays, we recommend you park in one of the closest Yale lots, which are open to the public on weekends and after business hours during the week.
