Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives Honors Ramon Soto ’08

The Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives (AHHE) has named Ramon Soto ’08 as its hospital executive of the year for 2017.

Soto is a graduate of the Yale School of Management’s MBA for Executives Program. As senior vice president and chief marketing and communications officer at Northwell Health, Soto successfully rebranded one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems and led campaigns that highlighted its focus on innovation.

“I am very honored to be the recipient of the Association's Hospital Executive of the Year award,” Soto said in a statement. “For almost 30 years, the AHHE has worked diligently to increase the presence of Hispanics in the field of health administration. Even more importantly, the dedicated professionals in this organization are committed to educating our industry about the Hispanic healthcare marketplace.
